I've just read through the Inbox and can't remember what the next step is. Also, not sufficiently au fait with the new address yet to post as myself, but a new week approaches in which this expertise may be gained!
An answer to question #1 would be helpful.

the next step (in my words) is for us to read the responses and begin to collate and organize them, so that we can begin to speak about how to approach the needs as expressed and as we interpret them. we'll probably want to create some broad categories.
i suppose we'll also want to organize the offers of assistance and suggestions of facilities...
also i believe we need to come up with a letter of thanks for those who got back and a last-chance-for-this-round-up poke.
some interesting stuff in there.
